Steven J. Lafranchi, PE, PLS and GJ Harmina, PLS, created PacificHDS in 2007 with the insight to grab the technology of tomorrow and bring it to you now, today.
Steven J. Lafranchi, PE, PLS established Steven J. Lafranchi & Associates, Inc. in 1992 and has earned a reputation for being a detailed surveyor, a diligent engineer, and a meticulous planner. In 2003 GJ Harmina, PLS joined the company and took charge of the survey department implementing GPS and robotic total station technologies. With the survey community advancing more rapidly every year, GJ Harmina, PLS kept the pace by following the development of the HDS field closely. When the laser scanner had advanced enough to be surveyor-friendly, PacificHDS was created.
Because we are experts in measurement, PacificHDS scan data is tied together by solid surveying practices, which lead to highly detailed, highly accurate data. By working closely with our client, and listening to their needs, we can pull the necessary information from the point clouds and find the value that each client is reqesting, needing or wanting.
In an effort to pool quality services with reputable companies, PacificHDS is affilliated with Innovation Technology Partners, Inc. (www.innovtec.com) as one of their Affiliated Strategic Partners (ASP). This allows us to respond to all our client’s needs for even the largest of projects.
